How to drive a truck

How to drive a truck

A truck is like a car but 4 times bigger. Trucks transport sheep, cattle, deer, fish, food, and drinks, buildings, and windmills. There are all kinds of trucks like milk tankers cattle trucks food trucks and freezer trucks. My dad drives a cattle truck.

Step 1: Find a Truck Driving School. To drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle you will need to obtain a Commercial Driver's License through the Department of Motor Vehicles  in your state.
Step 2: Pay for Truck Driving School.
Step 3: Get a Truck Driving Job.

No formal education is needed to become a truck driver, though a high school diploma is often preferred. Completion of a training course at an accredited truck driving school is helpful. A truck driver must obtain a commercial driver's license. Employer training programs may also need to be completed.Push the clutch pedal all the way down before starting the car.

Engage the brake pedal.
Turn the key or push the ignition button to start it up.
With the clutch depressed, put the vehicle in 1st gear.
Release the parking brake.

Rev the engine to between 1,500 RPM and 2,000 RPM.
